You can cook like a professional chef .

I,here by invite all cooking enthusiast to come and learn all my recipes which are tried and tested by me many times so no chances of any mistakes and 100% perfect results . Today I will write about a recipe of much liked desert called Rabri .
                                                                RABRI                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Ingredients:
Milk    2Liters                                                                                                                                               Sugar   150 grms                                                                                                                                       Freash cream 200 mls

METHOD : Take a heavy bottom vessel or pressure cooker put it on fire ,pour milk in it and put it in fire allow milk to boil after the first boil comes ,reduce gas to minimum and stir it properly ,keep stirring at 5 minutes interval for at least one  hour then add  fresh cream to the reduce milk  and stir till milk gets sauce consistancy.Remove from fire allow it to cool ,add sugar and serve cold.
